Terms of Service

TB Development (Toni Barišić, OIB: 86519712812) provides web development, web application development, internal tool development, and paid advertising management services. The specific scope, timeline, and price for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement confirmed before work begins.

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of all source code, database schemas, and digital assets created for your project. We transfer the code repository and all hosting credentials to you at project completion. There are no ongoing platform fees payable to TB Development for work delivered.

TB Development reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and to reference the engagement for business development purposes (e.g. on the website, in proposals, and on social media). If you prefer not to be listed as a reference, please request this in writing before the project begins.

You are responsible for providing timely feedback, delivering content, and approving deliverables within agreed timescales. You will grant access to accounts, systems, and information required to complete the work. Delays caused by client unavailability may affect project timelines; TB Development cannot be held responsible for such delays.

Payment terms are specified in each individual proposal. Work does not commence until any agreed deposit has been received (if applicable). Late payment may result in work being paused. All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclusive of VAT (TB Development is not a VAT payer).

All business information, data, and materials you share with TB Development are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

TB Development's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project. TB Development is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Split, Croatia.

TB Development may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. For ongoing engagements, the terms in effect at the time of agreement apply.
