Where it started

White Sail Split was running a premium charter business through WhatsApp and phone calls. Every booking required two or three back-and-forth messages, the team was losing late-evening leads from time-zones they couldn't answer in real-time, and there was no central place a guest could see the routes, the boats, and the price before reaching out.

What we did

  1. 01

    01Availability check

Right on the home page a guest picks the date, tour and group size and sees at once whether the slot is free. The calendar knows the confirmed bookings and the days the owner closes.

  2. 02

    02Booking form

A tour card opens the form with the tour already filled in. Next to it the guest sees the pickup point, the boat, the seats and what is included: skipper, fuel and drinks.

  3. 03

    03Emails that send themselves

The owner gets a notice of every new booking and the guest a confirmation. The day before the tour, the guest gets a reminder automatically.

  4. 04

    04A page for every route

Brač & Hvar, Hvar & Pakleni and Blue Lagoon & Šolta, each with its own page, price and photos. Plus a gallery, FAQ and a WhatsApp button on every page.

  5. 05

    05Their own admin panel

Bookings in a calendar, coloured by tour, with messages, newsletter subscribers and closed days. The dashboard shows today’s and tomorrow’s tours and revenue.

  6. 06

    06SEO for searches in Split

Structured data for the business and for each tour with its price, for searches like “boat tour Split”. Direct enquiries instead of commission to middlemen.
